Scrambled eggs combined with a selection of homegrown herbs

Toasted English muffin topped with home cooked ham,

poached eggs and homemade Hollandaise sauce.


Traditional Vegetarian Breakfast

Vegetarian sausage, free range egg, tomato (home grown in season), mushroom, beans, fried bread and sauté potatoes

Breakfast at your time, not ours

Our breakfast is served between 7.00 to 9.30am, but we appreciate that some people

like to have an earlier start, so we are happy to accommodate those needs, just let us know the night before.

Breakfast at Timbers is taken very seriously indeed. Alan is the chef and his passion for great food shines through on the plate. This is why we believe in using the very best, fresh ingredients and source all of our food with loving care, using homemade produce, as well as local farmers and suppliers wherever possible.
